2009 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Tech

2009 Acura MDX AWD with Technology package, Navigation, Heated leather seats, Backup camera, 180k miles. Clean Title free from Accident, leather is in overall good shape a few stains but no rips or tears. AC and Heat work as they should, has a check engine light on and says Evap leak when hooked up to OBD to see why it's on, was told it has something to do with emissions but I'm not a mechanic and price is adjusted for the check engine light.
